Even if by now you haven’t actually seen Saltburn, you’ll have no doubt seen plenty about the thriller movie since its launch in January thanks to a few jaw-dropping scenes that have already been doing the rounds on social media.

In case you’ve managed to completely avoid it, there’s one scene in particular that has become utterly infamous, where one main character drinks another’s ‘milky’ bathwater – make of that what you will.

The scene has already inspired a slew of beauty products related to it, including the Jacob Elordi's Bathwater Candle – The Original Saltburn Candle, £24.95 here, which has even made its way onto red carpets lately.

Lush has launched a new Saltbomb bathbomb inspired by Saltburn's bathtub scene

However, one thing we weren’t expecting was a way to create our very own Saltburn-inspired bathwater, but that’s exactly what you can now do with Lush’s new launch, the Saltbomb.

The Saltbomb bathbomb, £5 here, promises to create “salty, milky bathwater fit for a Hollywood A-lister” and is packed full of mineral-rich sea salts which are combined with coconut powder which produces a soothing and creamy milk when added to water.

The bathbomb has just launched on the Lush website and is available online and via the Lush app , and it’s a limited edition launch so you’ll only be able to get your hands on it while stocks last.

The bathbomb contains sea salt and coconut powder

The inventors behind Lush’s latest Saltbomb, £5 here, said: “It felt like all of a sudden everyone was talking about how much they love milky bath water and, at Lush, we totally agree! Bathtime self-care looks different for everyone, whether you love a silent soak, a rave and bathe, or just a moment of pure self love.

“That’s why we have over 60 different bath bombs and bubble bars – from the calming waters of Twilight , to the sensual Sex Bomb . Whatever your bathtime looks like, we’ve got you – just remember to lock the door if you’re sharing a bathroom.”

The bathbomb was inspired by Saltburn's infamous bathwater drinking scene

If you prefer more of a gentle soak than a fizzing bathbomb, you can always swap it for Herbivore’s Coconut Milk Bath Soak, £21 here, which hydrates, nourishes and softens your skin as you bathe. It also works to soften and inflamed or irritated skin, and creates a sense of calm and luxury that lets you relax and unwind thanks to its scent combination of coconut and vanilla.

Whichever your preferred soaking style, one things for sure – Saltburn’s taken our bathtime routines to a whole new level. Just please, please – don’t drink the bathwater.
