A novel double-conjugated retinoid/alpha hydroxy acid formulation yielded significant improvements in effects of aging in the periorbital region, according to a study.
“Every single day in my clinical practice, patients come in asking what they can do about the skin around their eyes,” Joely Kaufman, MD, of the Skin Research Institute in Coral Gables, Florida, told Healio. “So, when a new formulation of a retinoid for this delicate area came, I was excited to try it.”
Kaufman and colleagues noted that the periorbital region is generally among the first areas to
