With no end to the cold weather in sight, it’s important to keep your skin hydrated and protected from the elements. Cold air dries skin out and can make breakouts worse, so it’s always handy to have some extra hydrating steps in your routine over the winter.

Luckily, that’s exactly what Sasha included in her latest skincare video. In an Instagram reel posted on Tuesday, Sasha shared her tips for ‘Some skin TLC’ as she got showed off her makeup-free skin that looks hydrated and glowing.

Sasha started her skincare with a face mask from Rodial

The 27 year old, who is the girlfriend of footballer Jack Grealish, looked fresh-faced as she started by using the Rodial Beauty Snake Jelly Mask, £12 here, which aims to smooth and soothe the skin. The black jelly face mask comes in two halves to make sure it fits comfortably around your face, and the intense cooling hydrogel technology is designed to mimic the firming effects of viper venom to help smooth the skin’s appearance.

Once she’s removed the mask, Sasha massages the mask’s residue into her skin, before applying Rodial’s Snake Jelly Eye Patches, £9 here, under her eyes, and applying Alya Skin Vitamin C Serum, £12.48 here, to the rest of her skin.

The Rodial under-eye patches are great for adding extra hydration to the under eyes to make sure the skin looks smooth and plump, whilst the vitamin C serum is packed full of hyaluronic acid to keep skin looking plump and dewy.

Next, Sasha applies Tatcha’s Dewy Skin Cream, £65 here, for some extra hydration. The thick moisturiser is packed full of hyaluronic acid and Okinawa algae, which are both key ingredients when looking for dewy, firm skin.

The moisturiser plays a big part in helping Sasha’s skin look so radiant and healthy, as the Japanese purple rice in it actually helps to protect against the effects of pollution on the skin – talk about multipurpose. even comes with a handy little golden spoon to help you apply it to your face, so you don’t waste a single drop of it.

On the back of her hand, Sasha combines Pixi Beauty’s Flawless Beauty Primer, £24 here, and the Vitamin C Brightening Perfector, £14 here, and blends them together before applying all over her face. Combining the two products helps create a smoother, more radiant complexion, and help to correct the tone for a barely-there makeup effect.

To get her brows looking effortlessly tidy, Sasha applies Refy Beauty Brow Tint, £16 here. The water-based gel not only holds your eyebrow hairs in place, but also adds a natural pigment to them for a subtle done, but not too done, finish.

Finally, Sasha adds a slick of Kylie Cosmetics’ Kylie Skin Lip Oil, £19.20 here, to her lips for a glossy, hydrated pout.
