Are you looking for some winter hair colour inspiration? We suggest you take a look at Frankie Sims’ new hue. The former TOWIE star has swapped her signature honey-toned balayage for something much darker, and it suits the cold season perfectly.
Showing off her new look in Instagram grid snaps, Frankie looks incredible with a glossy raven hair colour. It also looks like she’s had a wispy side fringe cut in, which gives her extra-long lengths a bit of face-framing layering. Though Frankie – who is the younger sister of fellow TOWIE stars Chloe and Demi Sims – hasn’t mentioned her new hair colour on her own Instagram, her hairstylist Joel Maguire has helpfully shared more details of the transformation.
“Who is loving @frankiesims darker hair because I am!! Coloured with @wellahair and wearing @blendhair.uk,” he captions a new photo of Frankie posing in a little black dress.
Despite not officially documenting her new look, fans have quickly spotted the change to Frankie’s hair in some of her recent outfit snaps.
“I’m here for the dark hair,” comments one, while a second says: “Loving your colour – it really complements your incredible natural beauty.”
A third adds: “Can’t get enough of this hair.”
It seems Frankie has been gradually transitioning from her lighter, summery hair colour to a darker tone, as the 27 year old briefly went for a deep berry shade shortly before braving this black shade.
“Jessica Rabbit,” Frankie teased the red transformation on her grid back in late November.
The makeover was met with comments like “Oh my god this colour” and “This colour suits you perfectly”, and plenty of other fans urged her to keep her hair darker for winter. Frankie must have read the comments and listened because indeed she has gone darker.
We wonder what tone Frankie will go for next!
